Battery Charging Problems & Solutions
Problems with improper battery charging and remedies
1. Battery level constantly shows 0%
Unplug the charger and check if the robotic lawnmower can be turned on normally.
Cannot turn on: Contact online customer service immediately for assistance.
Can turn on: Charge the device continuously for more than 4 hours, then check if the battery level indicator is normal when you turn it on.
2. Battery level constantly shows 50%
Unplug the charger and first check if the device can be turned on normally.
Cannot turn on: Contact customer service immediately for troubleshooting.
Can turn on: Charge the device continuously for more than 4 hours, start a regular mowing operation, and test if the device works continuously for more than an hour.
Note: A battery level stuck at 50% is an anomaly in the battery charge level reading. This does not affect normal mowing operation or the device's runtime – unrestricted use is possible.
3. Device automatically turns off before battery is empty
This phenomenon is caused by an incorrectly displayed battery level. Perform several complete charge-discharge cycles. This will automatically fix the problem and restore normal battery life.
